Information we collect
Depending on the form you choose to complete, we may collect:
- your creator, public, or working name;
- email address, preferred contact method, profile links, and website information;
- business stage, audience, revenue concentration, content-storage, operational, safety, continuity, and ownership information;
- project goals, product interests, desired features, timing, budget preferences, and written context;
- information included in a privacy request;
- basic technical information generated by our form, hosting, and security providers.
How we use it
- to review fit, availability, scope, and next steps;
- to prepare for an Audit interview or proposed build;
- to respond to inquiries and privacy requests;
- to protect the forms from abuse and maintain records of consent;
- to operate an accepted engagement and meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or authorize publication of your identity or materials.
Form processing and service providers
Public forms are processed through Formspree and may be delivered through configured email or workflow tools. Hosting, browser, network, and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver the site. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and tracking signals
Coeur House does not currently use behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking on the public inquiry site. Because the site does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. This notice will be updated before any materially different tracking practice is introduced.
Browser drafts
The detailed Audit intake and Build Brief may save a draft in your browser for up to seven days so you can return to it. The draft stays on that device unless you clear browser storage sooner.
Retention
Unaccepted or abandoned inquiry records are ordinarily deleted within 90 days. Records connected to an accepted engagement may be retained for the engagement, support, accounting, legal, and contractual periods that apply. Privacy requests may be retained long enough to verify and document the response. Coeur House may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, payment-card or banking information, government identification, private creator media, medical information, or intimate personal details through public forms. If Coeur House later needs sensitive material for an accepted engagement, a separate controlled process will be established.
Age
Service inquiries are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to submit the inquiry. The public forms are not directed to children.
Case studies and testimonials
No creator identity, materials, testimonial, or case-study information will be published without separate written authorization. Agreeing to be contacted or submitting a form is not that authorization.
Sharing and sale
Coeur House does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that process forms, host systems, deliver communications, or support an accepted engagement; with professional advisers when necessary; or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law.
International processing
Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy protections and legal rights may differ from those in your location.
Your requests
You may ask Coeur House to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons. Use the Privacy Request form or email hello@thecoeurhouse.studio. Coeur House may request reasonable verification before acting.
Security
Coeur House uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the current inquiry system. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the product, providers, domain, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
