Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to submit an inquiry.
An inquiry is not an engagement
Submitting a request, intake, or Build Brief is not a purchase, acceptance, agreement, guarantee of availability, or start of work. Coeur House reviews fit, scope, timing, and availability before any engagement is offered.
Accuracy and authority
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person or submit information belonging to someone else without permission.
Sensitive material
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification, private creator media, medical information, or intimate personal details through public forms. Inquiry forms are for business context, not confidential evidence transfer.
Payment
Payment is handled privately only after Coeur House confirms fit and next steps. Public forms do not process payment and do not guarantee that an Audit or build will be offered. Any invoice or payment link is sent privately after review.
Your submitted materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You give Coeur House permission to review, copy, and internally use them only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, prepare an Audit, or scope an accepted engagement.
Confidentiality before engagement
Coeur House will handle inquiry information with care, but a public inquiry form is not a substitute for a signed confidentiality agreement or controlled file-transfer process. Do not submit highly sensitive proprietary material before a separate process is agreed.
Case studies and testimonials
No creator identity, material, testimonial, or case study will be published without separate written authorization. No positive review is required for Founding consideration.
Estimates and scope
Any automated Build Brief estimate is preliminary. Final scope, timing, deliverables, ownership terms, third-party dependencies, price, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Later changes may affect cost and timing.
No professional certification
The Creator Independence Audit is operational guidance, not legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, medical, or compliance certification.
Availability and refusal
Coeur House may decline, defer, or close an inquiry when the project is outside scope, capacity is unavailable, required information is missing, or the request creates legal, safety, payment, or operational concerns.
Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Notice.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the inquiry process and services change. The terms applicable to a commissioned engagement will be stated in the signed engagement documents.
